A friend of mine shared that she had come to a realization and an understanding that we choose our parents and they choose who their children will be BEFORE we come into this life. And this was my response to her.
Everything about this life has been as a result of making a choice – choosing between fear and unconditional Love – following the breadcrumbs that will lead to peace.
As amazingly powerfully creative Pure Consciousness (God) is in all ITS Glorious Potential, IT gives freely without strings attached so that when the One has a moment of desiring anything, it is done!
What we fail to remember in our earthly state of delusions is that God has the potential to gift Itself with creation and that creation is only within the illusory realm of physical manifestations.
In other words, to be able to create, it must be in a form that is not OF Pure Consciousness. There is ‘Pure’ and then there is ‘consciousness’ which only relates to being alert (not sleeping).
The latter is for mind only. Only a mind can be 99.9999999% conscious whereas God is 100% (Pure Consciousness).
Mind creates through thoughts. God does NOT create, He is stillness (Pure) Consciousness. He is Potential but not active.
And whatever Mind is and does is done in ONLY One mad moment and then it’s over. Why? Because God corrected the mistake (as soon as it was made) and brought Love back into the mind to dispel all perceived (conjured) fear so that mind would be no more.
Understand, again, that mind is born of fear and fear makes activities – fearful thoughts and fearful emotions and fearful behaviors.
Fear is of the material plane of existence, only.
Unconditional (Pure) Love is of God in His Stillness.
For one mad moment, there appeared to be a mind that was real and very much created by God. But this is not so.
All life as we know it in the material world is imagined or perceived fear trying to be safe and secure. Why? Because since it comes from a belief that it can be anything it is not – fear/unworthy – it wants what it always has (though doesn’t realize it in this current state of delusion) – safety and security (in God).
The mind is likened to the wayward son in the Bible (The Prodigal Son).
The wayward Son conjured up all sorts of fears and beliefs in his mind that truly did not stand on solid ground. His fears from being ‘out there’ on his own (seemingly) away from and separate from his beloved father got the best of him and so he began to experience poverty and shame UNTIL he made a fateful decision to return Home.
And even then, he feared his father would not embrace him and he found this not to be true as his father hugged and welcomed him back into his kingdom and celebrated his son’s return with feast and fun.
This is us (who, in reality, is One). One mad moment of wondering what it might be like to be anything but in the ‘arms’ of loving Stillness – eternal safety and security.
So, we (the One) very momentarily, until God corrected the illusion, set out to be two and then three, and so on, and the further we went down the rabbit hole of imaginary realities, we became more fearful and began creating like crazy to have something around us to hide in (boom, now we have structures and rules/laws).
Being as powerful as we are, we literally can create anything we fear and desire.
This is all to say that although in this dream we call life, it is true that we choose our parents and they choose us for growth reasons, each of us are a catalyst for growth and families are the most potent teachers, the true Truth is that none of this is real BECAUSE there is ONLY STILLNESS – LOVE.
This is what the mind has forgotten and is slowly waking up to remember.
Remember, God of Stillness is always whispering sweet songs of Eternal Love in our ears and this is why we feel pulled to find purpose in our lives. Until then, all we feel is an emptiness – a void – that something is missing.
Like the Prodigal Son, we must make a conscious decision to wake up to the illusion we have been living so that we can go Home and regain our rightful inheritance.
We must overcome our fear that our minds have been hanging onto that we would not be welcomed by our Father back into His Kingdom of Stillness (Pure Love).
And it is our Father’s Correction that we keep hearing faintly within us as that still small Voice that urges and tugs at our hearts to come Home where we are always safe and secure.
Until then, as I mentioned before, it is a void (hole) in us that everything in the material world cannot fill although we try.
Our One True Purpose to fulfill in this life is to experience the return to Oneness as much as we can while on the physical plane BEFORE returning to Stillness whole and complete.
Understanding that there are breadcrumbs of understanding to be had in this world that can guide us back Home but in and of itself, is still not our One complete truth.
Anything more than One is a lie our mind believes while it’s actively thinking. And parents/families suggests twoness, at the very least.
