The Matrix, Our Holographic Universe and Mind – What Do They All Have In Common?

Secret #5: Everyday we choose to sit in the energy of our low-vibe ego (compared to the highest vibration of unconditional love), we push true inner happiness, peace and joy away.

Yes, we passively and actively push our own happiness away – reject it – with every grievance we have and hold onto. Our complaints and concerns (aka fears) keep us imprisoned where negativity reigns over and rules our lives.

Every moment we choose to think about being a victim in some way and feeling wronged by others, the situation, the circumstance, the world, our job or the system, we say “NO!” to happiness, peace, love and joy. Did you realize that!?

Living in fear, believe it or not, has become our default choice. Yes, we CHOOSE to live like this. Every single moment we are either choosing for our happiness or choosing to be kept imprisoned by our own ego thoughts and fears.

Yes, you are quite literally choosing to be moderately to very unhappy. Your choices that come from your decisions to feel like a victim, or not, dictate what you’re going experience tomorrow and the next day and the next day after that. Your future becomes what you’re thinking and believing right now.

This default living is referred to as upside-down living. This is where we put the material world and our faith in its true reality BEFORE our Truth, our Home, which is unconditional Love.

Upside-down living as opposed to upside-right living is choosing fear over love – choosing ego over compassion and caring. Upside-down living makes us feel like a victim, – whether real or perceived – and therefore, grievous. The belief in the material world as being important and real keeps us enslaved to our ego.

Why do you want to know this? Because it allows you to relax … to let go of ALL your worries and concerns. It allows you to finally be at peace within your mind and heart, where your emotions are beautifully balanced and you feel centered and ‘at Home’ in your life.

Alternatively, living your life from an upside-down perspective keeps you feeling less than, anxious, depressed, not quite whole, like something’s missing, lonely, sad, isolated, unworthy, abandoned, rejected or just plane unhappy.

If you’ve seen the movie, The Matrix, you should understand that we are living in a matrix, a holographic one where time and space is not as it appears. Time is not linear and space is only a concept of the mind. And if you remember from my other Secret posts, the mind, in and of itself, is an illusion. I refer to the mind as ‘The Box,’ which of course is a matrix. It just means that everything in our universe is connected even though it looks like it isn’t.

Inside a matrix, we are deceived by our physical senses. Outside the matrix, we see the connection and things just make a lot more sense. This is why it is important for you to ‘think outside the box’ so that you can live happily, relaxed and experience true love.

So, then, let’s look at upside-down living for a moment. It’s basically the same thing as living in the matrix of make-belief. This is where we keep the lie alive in our minds. It’s where we can’t see properly – our perception is skewed by looking at our world from walking in our heads rather than upright on our feet. This, of course, is metaphorical.

To find true love and to be at peace within your own skin truly loving and appreciating your Self, you will need to step away from what is otherwise too close for you to properly see. It’s like anything else. If you’re experiencing suffering or drama in your life, sometimes you have to put some distance between you and the problem before you will see a solution. If you’re too caught up in the drama, you won’t likely be able to see what it is you need to see in order to get the clarity you need to solve or heal the problem.

That’s what it’s like living here in the matrix, our minds. You know how there’s a saying that says you’re too much in your head? Well, that’s what living in the matrix is like without thinking outside the box for clarity. That’s what it’s like to be looking at your world from upside-down thinking.

Remember back to Secret where I showed you the diagram (see below) of the triangle where fear (the Flight or Fight response) is located at the lower end of the energetic frequency of all life and Balance is at the top of the triangle. The lower end depicting upside-down perception and the top of the hierarchy representing upside-right thinking.

Balance is where your heart and mind have become one and your living in the mindset of unconditional love, the highest form of love in our universe.

Fear, or fight or flight impulses, are Love’s opposite and function only within the parameters of being ‘too far away’ from love and peace.

To evolve, we must let go of our ego mindset and reach upward for self-love and compassion. Learning to love ourselves automatically causes us to move closer and closer upwards to being Balanced (that is, emotionally balanced and faithful). Here, we are centered living in peace, joy, love and inner happiness that can never be taken from us, again.

Truth and clarity can only enter your mind, so that you can make sense of the matrix, by stepping back from being too close to it. Becoming aware of what’s keeping you imprisoned (which, of course, is your beliefs and thought patterns), requires you to find a reason to finally see what you haven’t seen before. Believe me, it’s there! But, until you WANT to heal or to find a solution that has evaded you up until now, you must open up your mind to the possibility that the solution is not where the problem began. You must choose to look up to find Balance.

I’ll talk more about that in our next Secret, tomorrow. So until then, have a great day!
